Before completing your booking

1 - What do I need to know before I complete my booking?

The booking process on our website is designed in such a way that you fill in the required fields step by step, and verify this information before proceeding to the next step. Pay special attention to the following information: name and surname of passengers, phone number, email address, flight dates etc. Make sure this is correct before you complete your booking.

2 - How much do minors pay, and what special conditions are there?

Babies or infants (who at the time of departure are under 2 years of age) travel without having their own seat, accompanied by an adult older than 18 years of age, and they pay a variable percentage of the adult tariff. As a rule, it tends to be 10% of the price of the adult ticket, but this may vary between airlines.

Children (minors who have reached 2, but not yet 12 years of age at the time of their flight) must travel accompanied by a person over 18 years of age. A variable percentage of the price of an adult ticket is paid, usually between 67% and 75%, and occupy a seat.

Airlines usually accept a maximum number of children per adult:

  • one baby
  • one baby and one child under 5 years of age
  • two children under 5 years of age
3 - What are my rights as a passenger?

The rights of passengers are governed by Regulation 261/2004, February 17th 2005, of the European Parliament and of the European Council about common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding, cancellation, or long delay of flights. 4 - Is this regulation valid for all flights?

This regulation is applicable for all passengers departing from airports in E.U. member states, as well as passengers traveling from a country outside the E.U. where the destination airport is in an E.U. member state.

5 - What is the difference between direct and non-stop flights?

A non-stop flight does not make any stops on the way between its city of departure and the destination airport. A direct flight departs from one airport and may have a stopover before reaching its destination, however, it is not necessary to change planes.

6 - What about itineraries consisting of flights operated by different airlines.

In rare cases, airlines show an availability of flights which are combinations of different airlines, which cannot be issued as such due to a lack of agreement between those airlines. In this case, our customer service agents will contact you to inform you about this scenario, and they will offer alternative routes for the same dates and airports. The prices for such bookings may vary, and if we are unable to find a suitable alternative, we will cancel your booking free of charge.

7 - What travel documentation do I need? Who is responsible for it?

The required travel documents depend on your nationality and flight route. If you are unsure of the required documentation, we recommend that you contact the relevant authorities (embassies, police stations, vaccination centres, etc.).

The failure to satisfy the requirements for travel is the sole responsibility of the passenger. You will not be entitled to any reimbursement if you are denied boarding due to insufficient documentation.

8 - What do I need to know before I plan my trip?

Each country or destination has different migration and health regulations. Many countries require a visa to be able to enter their territory, which must be held prior to your trip. Also, there are many countries which require and/or recommend vaccinations to avoid transmission of illnesses which are typical for these destinations. For the above reasons, we recommend that you pay attention to health and migration requirements in the destinations which you are going to visit. It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to make sure that all these requirements are fulfilled.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation recommends holding a valid passport or ID card (as appropriate), international driving licence and medical insurance.

9 - Which methods of payment can I use?

The most secure and easiest method of payment for your bookings is by credit or debit card. Our secure servers accept all types of credit or debit cards. All payment information is protected by the SSL protocol. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology guarantees the confidentiality of your payment information through encryption. Therefore, payments on our site are 100% secure.

10 - Which cards do you accept?

Our secure servers accept all kinds of Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club cards. In some cases, for security reasons, it may be required to complete your payment through secure payment channels like Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code. If this is the case, we will send you an encrypted email containing a link to a secure payment site, where you will have to verify your payment with your financial institution.
